Active role in court appearances, research, drafting, and client interaction across criminal and civil matters.
Corporate: Full Time
Drafting commercial agreements, advising on compliance, and supporting M&A and IBC transactions.
Research: Internship
Substantive research assignments, drafting support, and exposure to active court matters across practice areas.
Support: Full Time
Managing case files, deadlines, court schedules, and client communications with precision and discretion.
